The Bank's projects are divided into five programs, all of which serve the treatment of patients and fight patients
Program I – Comprehensive Health Care****

This program aims to provide comprehensive medical care to the members of the Egyptian Cure Bank, believing in the necessity of treating patients who are unable to afford their treatment, and therefore the Cure Bank provides an integrated system for treating patients, including the following:

Medical examination service.

Conducting analyzes and x-rays.

Performing surgeries.

Providing prosthetic devices.
** The second program - the development and support of private hospitals**

The Egyptian Cure Bank considers private hospitals one of the most important partners in the process of treating the patient, so the bank through this program provides the necessary support to various specialties in order to raise the level and quality of its services, which is reflected on the patient directly.

This program includes the following:

Updating medical devices – such as autoclave sterilizers, sonar devices, x-ray devices and others.

Providing medical supplies – such as operating instruments, heart stents, nails, slides and oxygen tubes.

Development of services – such as the development of health units in different villages, ambulances, support for the wages of experienced
doctors and others.
**Program III – Prevention is Better Than Cure**

Prevention is the first line of defense against the disease, many countries have sought to develop a program to prevent diseases and reduce infection rates, and we must pay attention to knowing the causes of the disease, ways of infection and the reasons for its spread, that knowledge is the basis of prevention, and therefore the Egyptian Healing Bank is combating the causes of various diseases to reduce their negative impact on society.

Combating the spread of the disease – to reduce the spread of diseases such as virus C, the Egyptian Cure Bank provides sterilization devices such as modern autoclaves to dental clinics and hospitals affiliated with NGOs.

**Health awareness programs** – Health awareness is one of the most important means that help prevent diseases, so it is necessary to spread health awareness in the community and establish training courses to educate employees of private hospitals cooperating with the bank.

** Periodic examinations and early detection of diseases** – This program seeks early detection of diseases that do not result in clear signs or symptoms that call for complaint, especially in its early stages, whenever the disease is detected early, doctors succeed in controlling and treating it at a lower cost, and this is done through a comprehensive periodic examination of individuals registered with the Egyptian Cure Bank.

Program IV – Emergency Medical Relief****

The program aims to provide urgent health care in emergency situations such as natural disasters, accidents and disturbances, and to those affected by those disasters, in the belief of Al-Shifaa Bank in the importance of its role in achieving solidarity among all members of the Egyptian society.

Are prosthetic devices provided to the patient and does the bank accept medical and prosthetic devices?

Are there medical convoys?

Yes, in the Egyptian Cure Bank, there are medical convoys for ophthalmology and comprehensive medical convoys, and convoys are provided to remote areas that do not have medical services.

Are there representatives to provide medicines to the needy or to collect medicines from donors?

Medicines will be provided to patients by pharmacies and medicines donated to the bank will be received by companies directly.

How does Egyptian Cure Bank provide its services?

Egyptian Cure Bank verifies that the patient cannot afford the cost of his treatment:
Through the study of the patient's social situation by the association or civil institution that he follows, which covers all governorates of Egypt, which has been working with and evaluating its performance, efficiency and ability, then followed by a field review through specialists at Cure Bank to ensure the accuracy of the study and the credibility of the patient's need and the inability to obtain full treatment through other health coverage and does not distinguish between a Muslim or a Christian.
It is dealt with through cooperation with associations and civil institutions using the database of the Egyptian Food Bank, through which it evaluates the needy patients, as well as through cooperation with hospitals, dispensaries, clinics, pharmacies, analysis laboratories, radiology centers, pharmaceutical companies and medical supplies, which provide their services or products free of charge or reduced value, which is paid by Cure Bank.

Lack of availability of medicines when dispensed from the pharmacy?

The shortage of medicines is a general problem, so the patient must wait until the medicine is available and visit the pharmacy after a week or dispense the available alternative.

Delivery of prescriptions to cases?

The system followed by Cure Bank to ensure that the support reaches its beneficiaries, the patient must receive the prescription from the bank's headquarters or his representative of the first degree (wife - son - brother) + the recipient's national number for the first time only and in the following times, the prescription is sent electronically to the pharmacy from which the patient is dispensed and near his place of residence.

Registration of cases in Cure Bank?

First: The medical condition must be one of the cases stipulated in the system of diseases that Cure Bank assists.

Second: Cases must bring recent medical reports, provided that their date is not more than a month from the time of attending the case to the headquarters of the Egyptian Cure Bank, and then a social research is conducted to determine the eligibility of the case for assistance.
