Egyptian Cure Bank provides urgent support and assistance to those affected in the sisterly State of Lebanon

The Egyptian Cure Bank provides urgent support and assistance to the affected people in the sisterly State of Lebanon in order to face the repercussions of the Beirut explosion and the resulting injuries and damage suffered by thousands of Lebanese, the destruction of infrastructure and severe damage to the medical sector and hospitals, in addition to the shortage of medicines, medical supplies and urgent aid. In line with the announcement of the Egyptian initiative and the need for civil society organizations to join hands with the Egyptian state and its Lebanese sister in order to preserve the unity and cohesion of Lebanon and the health and lives of thousands of victims from the effects of the devastating explosion and to alleviate the crisis facing Lebanon with the collapse of the health sector and the demolition of many hospitals and medical centers, medical assistance was provided. Dr. Moez El-Shahdy, CEO of the Egyptian Cure Bank, stated that the Egyptian Cure Bank has completed the dispatch of shipments loaded with medicines, medical supplies, masks, gaons, gloves and head coverings from the Egyptian Cure Bank, in coordination with the Egyptian Red Crescent, the Ministry of Solidarity and the Ministry of Higher Education (to support Beirut University Hospital-) within the air bridge set up by Egypt to deliver aid.
